The service and your account

ClearWay Docs provides tools to create, maintain and publish knowledge bases. Provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure, and use the service only if you are authorized to act for your workspace. Workspace admins manage teammates, integrations and publishing permissions.

Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You permit the service to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the features you use. You are responsible for having the rights to upload it and for choosing its audience.

Review documentation and agent-generated changes before publishing. Automated drafts and AI Answers can be inaccurate. Public documentation may be indexed or copied by third parties.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClearWay Docs to violate others’ rights, distribute malware, expose credentials, evade access controls, harass people or interfere with the service. Do not access another workspace without permission. The operator may restrict access to address abuse or security threats.

Plans and billing

The pricing page shows the currently configured plans and capacity. Paid subscriptions are available only when checkout is configured. Review the amount, billing interval and renewal information in checkout before confirming. Manage available subscription changes and cancellation through Plan & billing and the linked billing portal.

A free signup does not itself authorize a charge. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. The operator must confirm its refund policy and any additional billing terms before accepting live payments.

Integrations and availability

Third-party services require their own accounts and terms. You control the credentials and permissions you connect. Features can depend on those providers and your plan. No uptime guarantee or support response time is promised on this website.

Ending use and service changes

You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Contact the operator for account closure or a complete data deletion request. Export content you need before closing a workspace. Material changes to these terms should be communicated before they take effect where required.
