Yes. Free includes 1 team member(s) and 5 articles, with the visual editor, Markdown, imports and a searchable help center. You do not need a credit card.
Can I try ClearWay Docs with existing documentation?+
Yes. Article imports are included on Free, within its article limit. Import a small sample, check the formatting and links, then choose the capacity you need before moving the rest.
When do I pay for a selected plan?+
Create an account or sign in, then review your selected plan in Plan & billing. The workspace owner completes payment through Stripe. Selecting a plan on this page does not charge you.
How does optional AI Answers work?+
AI Answers is coming soon. It is not included in Pro today, and no AI request allowance is part of the current plan. Standard search is available on every plan.
